General Coordinator for Innovative Environments and Startups at MCTI and Full S&T Analyst at CNPq. He has worked at Sun Microsystems and EW Consulting companies. Bachelor in Computer Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense (2011), Specialist in Startup Entrepreneurship from Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) and Master’s in Business Administration from Universidade de Brasília (UnB). He has additional training in startups from King’s College London, Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of São Paulo (USP). Member of the LineGov research group – Laboratory of Innovation and Strategy in Government at UnB. Reviewer of the journal iSys – Brazilian Journal of Information Systems. Awarded in the 20th Innovation in Federal Public Management contest of the National School of Public Administration (2016). It represents the Brazilian startups agenda in international dialogues such as Mercosur, BRICS and OECD. One of the authors of Startup Point (http://gov.br/startups and Decree 10.122, of November 21, 2019) and of the Legal Framework for Startups and Innovative Entrepreneurship (Complementary Law nº 182, of June 1, 2021).
